Donuts with Grownups
Families were invited to come to school at 7:45 on Friday, January 17, to enjoy a breakfast treat with coffee and chat with their child or children before school. We had a WAY bigger turnout than expected and had to run out for more donuts!
Families could take photos with Leo the Lion and our giant donut props, take home free books from Ms. Carnahan and Ms. Parker, and learn about Zones of Regulation from our counseling team, Ms. Habermeyer and Ms. Colligan. We will definitely be repeating this event, split over 2 Fridays to spread out the crowds!
