Parent Technology Help Desk
To support families who are working with their children during distance learning, Fairfax County Public Schools now has a Parent Technology Help Desk. The number is 1-833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS). It will be answered by staff 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week. If the help desk is unable to solve the issue on the phone with the parent or guardian, they will enter a ticket on the parent’s behalf and the request for help will be transferred to the appropriate FCPS team.

Return to In-Person Instruction
Do you have questions about students returning to school buildings for learning? Check out FCPS's Family Guide for Return to School.
In-School Instruction – Form Needed
Parents/guardians who chose in-school instruction for their child will receive a health screening commitment form where you will agree to completing a daily health screening prior to sending your student to school. Forms must be received at school electronically or by hard copy before your child returns to in-school instruction. Students whose parent/guardian have not returned a signed form will be required to complete a health screening and have their temperature taken daily by school staff until the form is received.
Virtual Learning Schedules
Our school will follow a new master schedule, beginning November 17, 2020. ALL students will follow this schedule, whether virtual or in-person. Click here to review our PreK-6 grade level virtual learning schedules for Tuesday through Friday. A general, school-wide schedule for Monday is also posted. Classroom teachers will provide more details. Students will continue to access all assignments and virtual classes through Schoology! We appreciate everyone's flexibility and are grateful to be learning with you this year!

Stop the Spread
Your actions keep all of us healthy, and we need to keep it up, working together to help slow the spread of COVID-19. There are some simple steps you can take to protect yourself and your family. Testing, contact tracing, and staying home and away from others when sick or after contact with someone who is sick, are critical to help prevent COVID-19 from spreading further in our community.
Dual Language Immersion Informational Meetings
Online registration for the county-wide lottery for Dual Language Immersion (DLI) programs for the 2021-22 school year will open on Monday, January 25. Current pre-K students may apply for the kindergarten program and current kindergarten students may apply for the first grade programs. The kindergarten programs are available in Korean (Powell) and Spanish (Bailey’s Primary, Fort Hunt, Lake Anne, Laurel Ridge, London Towne, Rose Hill Elementary Schools). First grade programs in French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish are available at 12 schools.
