Welcome to sixth grade! We are so excited for this new school year.

All 6th Grade Students:

• 2 packs of 24 sharpened pencils
• 1 box of colored pencils OR crayons
• 2 highlighters
• 1 pair of scissors marked with student’s name
• 5 large glue sticks
• 1 pack of 3"x3" square Post It notes
• 2 three-subject wide-ruled spiral notebooks with pockets
• 5 composition books
• 1 package of wide-ruled loose-leaf paper
• 5 different solid color plastic folders with pockets
• 1 individual pencil sharpener
• 1 supply container (box or bag)
• 1 sturdy backpack
• 1 pair of headphones or earbuds (wired, not Bluetooth) (school will not provide any)
• 2 boxes of facial tissue

Girls ONLY:

• 1 large box of quart size Ziploc bags

 Boys  ONLY:

• 1 large box of gallon size Ziploc bags

Field Trips:

We are planning field trips to enrich our learning during the year. Please do not send any money now, but budget about $45.00 for potential field trips for the school year.  We are thinking about a trip to the Washington DC Art Museum.  We are looking forward to these exciting learning experiences!
