Fifth Grade Edible Tectonic Plates

5th grade students in Susie Niccoli’s class at London Towne ES used graham crackers and icing to model the movement of tectonic plates creating divergent, convergent and transform boundaries.  They are studying about how volcanoes and earthquakes are formed.
